Just like, when we focus a lens and suddenly things look clearer, a therapist helps you see situations better.

It is to take you through a journey of self awareness,and understanding to resolve life’s issues. To help you bring out all that you have in your mind that confuses you, annoys you, or makes you sad.  Then, choose what you need and learn to discard the rest.

It started with my own need to understand human behaviour, and cleared my vision and mission to me. The Looking Glass is here to help you change the way you have looked at your problems till now, to make goals achievable, to help you make relationships more meaningful, and find acceptance and peace within.
